REMARKS
From. 29 October to 21 November, the Artillorie Kaserne on the island in
tht Oder River in Kucstrin was occupied by a 37-mm JUVt unit and a 85
caliber unit, A column observed en route fron Kuestrin to 'anschnowr on
area of the Vorflutinsel for short aiming practices on 12 tovember. From
29 October to 21 November, service of the piece drill was performed daily on 6 x
37wmm A.tL guns in the western training area and on 16 a 85--mm AA guns in the
southeastern training area. Two groups consisting from 6 to 12 and from 35
to 50 soldiers received basic drill on the former Detlefsen Strasse and also
en{,aged in callisthenics at the barracks yard. A truck was seen proceeding,
toward Frankfurt/Odes for driver's practice on 8 November. Eighty to 100
soldiers, a military band and wreathes marched toward the Russ-.an cemetery in
the direction of lanschnow on 8 Ncv or. 50X1-HUM
