a. A revision of Appendix A (Draft DCID No. 1/3) in the
light of Board discussion referred to in reference c.
b. A revision of Appendix B (Draft Quarterly Supplement)
in the light of developments in the world situation since reference a.
was issued.
2. The paragraphs in the attachments which contain changes in the
appendices circulated by reference a. are indicated by the symbol #. Paragraph
5 under "SUBSTANCE" in the attached Appendix B is identical with. the language
on that subject recommended in reference b.
3. Holders of USIB-D-25. 1/6 are hereby requested to substitute the
attachments for Appendices A and B of that document.
