. 1. The attached memorandum summarizing the status of NSA member-
ship on Intelligence Board committees and outlining their participation in
currently programmed estimates is forwarded for information.
2. The attention of committee chairmen is invited to paragraph 2 in
which I requests that NSA be furnished with all agenda; and
other committee papers of certain. committees in which NSA does not
regularly participate.
