1. The enclosed memorandum from the Acting Chairman of the Guided
Missile and Astronautics Intelligence Committee (GMAIC) and its attachment
are forwarded herewith for the information of the Board members. The
attachment contains a preliminary statement on the Soviet three man space
vehicle based on the evidence available to date.
2. It is not planned to schedule this subject on the agenda of a USIB
meeting unless so requested by a Board member by 6 November 1964.
