MEMORANDUM FOR THE UNITED STATES INTELLIGENCE BOARD
Attached for information and record purposes are copies of the
paper tabled by the Army at the Board meeting of 21 June regarding
Research and Development of the Army on 24 June. As you will recall,
pursuant to Board direction the Critical Collection Problems Committee
(CCPC) considered on a crash basis the Army's recommendation for
development of this system and Board Members telephonically
approved this letter to Mr. Morse on 24 June.
