MEMORANDUM FOR THE UNITED STATES INTELLIGENCE BOARD
SUBJECT: Designation of Chairman, Guided Missile and
Astronautics Intelligence Committee (GMAIC)
I am designating Mr. Carl Duckett, Deputy Assistant Director,
Office of Scientific Intelligence, Central Intelligence Agency, as the
Chairman of the Guided Missile and Astronautics Intelligence Committee
of USIB, vice Dr. Albert Wheelon.
This appointment, regarding which General Carter had advised
the Board at its 9 October meeting, is effective as of this date.
