SUBJECT: GMAIC/SIC Report on Sary Shagan
REFERENCE: USIB-M-94, dated 26 April 1960
to Attached is a joint memorandum from the Guided Missiles
& Astronautics Intelligence Committee and the Scientific
Intelligence Committee covering the study prepared by a Joint
SIC/GMAIC Working Group pursuant to direction of the United
States Intelligence Board (see reference, Item 14) The report
of the Joint Working Group is available to USIB members
through their GMAIC and SIC members.
2, The attached memorandum will be placed on the agenda
of an early Board meeting (probably that of 23 or 30 August) for
discussion and action on the recommendations contained therein,
