SUBJECT: Welcome to New FBI Representative to USIB
You may wish to welcome Mr. Edward S. Miller to his first
Board meeting as the new FBI Representative to USIB. We have been
advised that biographic information on Acting Assistant Director
Miller is not available. Mr. William O. Cregar will continue as the
FBI alternate and will represent the FBI at USIB in the absence of
Mr. Miller.
