We have been advised that General Thomas will bring with him to
tomorrow's USIB meeting Brigadier General Jammie Philpott, the new
Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff, Intelligence, USAF in order to introduce
him to the Board.
General Philpott has formerly been Director of Intelligence of the
Strategic Air Command, and Director of Intelligence, 7th Air Force, Vietnam.
