extensively on an unclassified basis with Jim Armstead, in
the office of Mrs. Collins. The briefing for Mrs. Collins will
be rescheduled at her convenience.
11. (Internal Use Only - CM) LIAISON I was unable to
make a planned delivery of Confidential items to Tom Smeeton,

12. (Unclassified - MLG) LIAISON I received a call
from David Ozgood, in the office of Representative Leon Panetta (D., Calif.),
concerning the CIA tours. I told him that the program had not

14. (Unclassified - MLG) I received a call from Beth Burick,
on the staff of the House Congressional Women's Caucus, who wanted
to know why they had not received a response to their letter to the
Director dated 31 May 1977. The letter was signed by Representative
Margaret Heckler (R., Mass.) and Representative Elizabeth
