1. (Unclassified _.. THW) CONSTITUENT Marian, in the office
of Representative Abraham Kazen (D., Texas), called with a constituent
request inquiring as to who Philip Agee was and I answered her question.
2. (Unclassified - THW) LIAISON Carolyn Crowley, in the
Burlington, Vermont district office of Senator Robert T. Stafford (R. , Vt. ),
called requesting whether the IRS would be under the DCI's control in any
way under the new Intelligence Community reorganization plan. I told
her no.
3. (Unclassified - MG) CONSTITUENT In response to his
request of yesterday, called Doug Dibbert, in the office of Senator
Donald W. Riegle (D., Mich. ), and informed him that there is no

4. (Unclassified - MLG) LIAISON I received calls from Louise
Topping, in the office of Representative William Broomfield (R., Mich.),
and Kay Russell, in the office of Senator Edward Kennedy (D., Mass.),
concerning the CIA tours. I told them that if the program was approved
it would hopefully start in late August or early September and we would
put their name on a list and get back to them when we had firm information.
5. (Unclassified - MLG) LIAISON I received a call from Elaine
Garvin, a private citizen, who wanted to know former Director George
Bush's forwarding address. This information was given to her.
6. (Unclassified - MLG) LIAISON Jim, in the office of
Representative Peter Kostmayer (D. , Pa. ), called to request general
information on the CIA. The publications were forwarded to him.
7. (Unclassified w MLG) CONSTITUENT Received a call from
Karen, in the office of Representative Frederick Richmond (D. , N. Y. ).
She said that she would like to talk to someone about a call she has
received from a constituent who would like to know about the drug
experimentation program by the Agency. I asked that she put the
request in writing and send it to the Agency to the attention of Mr. George
Cary,
