Friday - 2 September 1977
(Unclassified - NDL) LIAISON Received a call from Major
Don Define, Legislative Liaison, Department of the Army, who called
to inquire about the hearing scheduled before the Subcommittee on Health
and Scientific Research, Senate Human Resources Committee. Major Deline
wanted to make sure the date for the hearing was 9 September and I told him
that it was.
Later in the day, he called back and said that rumor had it that
the hearing was being postponed and wanted to know if we knew when it would
be rescheduled. I told him the date we had received was 20 September.
He was most appreciative of my assistance.
