MEMORANDUM FOR:
I broached the subject of exchange officers attending IC and
NIO meetings with George Carver. In general I stated that our
reaction on such matters as KIQs, resource ramifications of WSAG
papers, and product review demanded close coordination and that
one of the best ways to get it was such an exchange. Wait a
few days and nag him about this.
