1. The primary responsibility for tracking and support-
ing the DoD physical securit RFD program will be the RFD
Subcommittee of SECOM. believes that the RFD Sub- 25X1
committee should serve as an in ormation source regarding
this pragram for the non-DaD members, to inform the DoD as
to IC needs, and to limit duplication of effarts.
2. The undersigned will follow these activities for
the Caznmunity Security Group.
