Counterintelligence Baseline Report 0
1.. 0 Attached for your information is a copy of.the
subject report which was approved by the DCI and forwarded to the
White House on 12 May 1978. The sections on protective security
are of interest from a SECOM point of view. Protective security
was covered in the report at the specific direction of the DCI.
2. 0 You may wish to read Section VII, pages 31-34,
in the Executive Summary, and Section X in the basic report, with
particular reference to sidelined items therein on pages 246-247,
257, 258, 261-262, and 267. Please return the report when you have
completed your review.
