STATINTL 3. will coordinate suggested changes
with the Telephone Panel. Necessary changes will be submitted
to Chief O'Toole, USAF, for incorporation in the draft
manual. The changes made in the other parts of the manual.
will be incorporated into the draft and distributed at the
next meeting.
4. The next meeting will be held in Room 3D-3103, CIA
Headquarters from 10:30 to 3:30 P.M. on Tuesday, 18 March 1980.
