1. There is concern in Collection TaskiSTATINTL
element (COMIREX and T Committees) over responsibility
STATINTL set forth in the new Imanuai.
STATINTL 2. 0 has proposed a fix, copy attached, that
followed one we had already cranked into the revision of
the Manual. A copy of that is attached.
STATINTL 3. I don't like 0 revision because it perpetuatsTATINTL
the myth that SECOM is good for only technical advice and
offers potential for significant reduction in the role..SECOM
STATINTL should play in the program.
4. If you agree with our fix then your equities in
all aspects will be protected and you will have an opportunity
to discuss major points as they arise in the course of imple-
mentation.
