Center, an "Authorized Channel" Within the Meaning of DCID 1/7
TO: Director of Central Intelligence
ARO Incorporated, the operating contractor for Arnold
Engineering Development Center, Arnold Air Force Station,
Tennessee is designated an authorized channel for the
receipt and dissemination of foreign intelligence information
and material within and among the departments and agencies
of the national intelligence community (as defined in Execu-
tive Order 11905). As such, ARO Incorporated should not be
considered a contractor for purposes of the provisions of
Director of Central-Intelligence-Directive 1/7 and the
attachment thereto.
