10 November 1.960; and
h. Was rescinded on 17 January 1963.
2. The NSC rescission memorandum states (that) "For the present,
current policy guidance is to be found in existing major policy statements of
the President and Cabinet officers, both classified and unclassified. " (sic)
3. In paragraph 4 (page 3) of subject paper(where we described the
4 March 1963 internal CIA directive setting forth the criterion for submission)
it will be noted that are mentioned.
4. T relayed the above correction/addition to Mr. Rosenthal of the
Katzenbach Committee on 1 March 1967 by telephone.
