Because of the Anderson leaks there will be no more NSC sub- group memos for the record which contain any background information. b. Dr. Kissinger altered his embargo on discussions regarding the Presidential trip to China. OBGI atlases will be released on a select basis to the press and some members of the press have been invited to Headquarters to review OBGI's memo "Peking and Environs." C. Mr. Colby, CIA Executive Director/Comptroller, has asked that future nominees for the Senior Seminar be at the supergrade level. d. Secretary of State Rogers accepted an invitation to visit the Agency for a briefing on 28 January. Impetus was provided by serious cuts proposed in State's intelligence organization INR. Future candidates and alternates to senior schools will be queried two months in advance of training to insure their availability.
