a. The Anderson leaks and the serious deterioration in the
Agency's ability to tap sources were the main topics for discussion.
b. There will be a quarterly meeting on the DDI's Research Pro-
gram on 18 January.
c. The DDI announced that he will attend the U.S.-Soviet marl- 2 5X1 D
time agreement meeting.
e. Mr. Clarke reported that Indonesia is selling its Soviet
cruiser and a destroyer to Taiwan for scrap. 25X1
f. Mr. King, Director, OBGI, handed out copies of a newly pub-
lished Cambodia Provincial Atlas. The document is unclassified.

h. The Director, NPIC, commented on the availability of a Soviet
command and control briefing which NPIC has put on at the Pentagon.
3. The Acting Director reported on a presentation by Mr. Lundahl for
members of the Inspector General's staff. He indicated the briefing was
well received. The five man team will be briefed by on
17 January at 1330. He noted that the last complete survey by the IG staff
was of NPIC in 1962.
