STATINTL 1. I Ireported that a request has been sent to NPIC/SS/SB, STATINTL
who is making arrangements with the Office of Security to get LAS people
documented as couriers. Security has made the stipulation that we are to
use the normal courier service in our everyday operations. If something
comes up on short notice, one of the emergency couriers will carry the
material to other Agency buildings with the condition that one other per-
son will accompany him.
Along with this discussion, a suggestion was made that IAS mail be
carried down to NPIC Registry at the end of the day. as asked

an interview and then being turned down for the job. It was suggested
that the Division Chiefs be a little more careful in requesting applicants
to come in on interviews at IAS's expense. We should first find out
whether the person is interested in the PI field and check to see if he
has any experience in the field before going to the expense of bringing
him here only to find we're not going to hire him.
2. The Board discussed and updated the Special Assignments of IAS
Analysts list. (See attached.)
3. After a brief discussion of the Questionnaire Concerning Imagery-
Related Functions of the Collection Guidance and Assessments Staff (Re-
connaissance Group/CGAS), it was decided that ould write STATINTL
