Board Meeting a month scheduled for the last Thursday. At the time poten-
tial items for the Board are they should be given at the initia-
tive of the member to for incorporation in the next
agenda.

COMMITTEE REPORT
1. I Ireported that the IAS team met with the Deputy
Chairman of EXSUBCOM to discuss the draft of an EXSUBCOM paper regarding
community exploitation requirements on a new system.
OLD BUSINESS
1. Inputs to the new MIS system was discussed and a decision was
reached that PSS would initially handle inputs. The option of doing
some inputting was held open for the Divisions.
2. It was noted that OJCS is running a series of basic EI)P courses
which will be important for IAS personnel when the new MIS program is
operational. IAS management has requested a session of the course for
IAS exclusively. Pending approval, OJCS is transmitting a copy of the
curriculum for IAS planning purposes. (OJCS subsequently approved a
runnin of the course for IAS to be given when the cable is into
NEW BUSINESS
1. IAS committee assignments were reviewed and several new assign-
ments made. The new roster is attached.

2. In light of the forthcoming carpeting of IAS, a point was raised
as to whether adequate cleaning would be available. ill look 25X1A
