The Office of Imagery Analysis wishes to nominatel
GS-13, for the "Seminar for New Managers" to be held at Wilmington,
_e aware, 27 March - 7 April 1978.
STATINTL 2. has been employed by the Agency since July 1966. Ile
has held positions of increasing responsibility in the pat several years
and was assigned to his present position of Chief, Air Branch/Technical
Systems Division in June of 1977.

of management that he has not been expose o. The exercises and interac-

tions with personnel of other Agencies and their problems will be a very
valuable learning experience.
STATINTL 4. We feel that has the potential for additional management
responsibilities. This course will enhance his value to OIA and to the
Agency. It will provide him additional managerial skills and prepare him
for advancement into positions requiring a wider knowledge of many manage-
ment problems.
