Systems Division for the continuing support you provide to the Office
of Imagery Analysis.. I am particularly appreciative of your efforts
since early-1975 when OIA--due to certain changes in the collection
systems and in our own operating procedures--began a program to update
our photogras tric instr ntation. Much of the success of this
program, now about 75 percent completed. can be attributed to IESD's STATINTL
efforts on our behalf.
