5 Feb 46, outlining some of points to be considered if SSU is
transfrd to CIG and cautioning against any SSU field operations that
might generate complaints from field military commanders. Also indic-
ates possibility that Dir CIG will inspect SSU and latter personnel
should be primed to make a good impression and exercise salesmanship
in their contacts with inspectors.
