CIA/opc Budget Review Committee

1, The CIA/opc Board (DPO, SRI and SPC) established to screen
existing projects (minutes of ADPC Staff Meeting dated 10 May and 5 '
June 1952), with the additional members indicated below, will constitute
the CIA/opc Budget Review Committee. The duties of the CIA/opc
Budget Review Committee are to monitor the compilation of CIA/opc
budget for FY 1954. to review and recommend. approval to ADPC of
appropriate budget items proposed by the operating Divisions.
2. The personnel of the Budget Review Committee are indicated below:
DPO Chairman
SRI Member
SPC Member
Member
Special Assistant
to ADPC
BD/BF Will serve as Executive Secretary to the Budget
Review Committee.
3. The Committee will schedule a series of meetings with operating'
division chiefs to review proposed activities and budget items. OperdAng
divisions will be notified by 'C,-BD of the schedule of such meetings.
