3. Personnel not affected by paragraphs 1 and 2 above will con-
tinue their present activities temporarily in accordance with instruc-
tions to be issued to them by their former Division Chiefs (COP, COS
or CPP). In the short time available it has been impossible to deter-
mine the assignments for which all personnel are best qualified. In
some instances, because of special qualifications, the same individual
is under consideration for several assignments. Many assignments are
being deferred until the individual concerned can have an opportunity
to express his preference. Additional personnel assignments will be
made in the near future.

1021 (Extensions 2522 or 3051) for discussions with individuals who wish
to express a preference as to assignment or discuss other matters arising
from the reorganization.
