Delegates to ADSO authority to sign and approve personnel actions covering the
transfer of SSU personnel to CIG, to be paid from unvouchered funds, without review
except in cases not falling within the provisions of CIG Administrative Order No. 24,
"Policy on Clearance of Personnel for Duties with Central Intelligence Group."
New appointments of personnel to be employed by CIG are to be approved in

SUBjECT: Deleretion of Authority.
DAM: 23 October 1946
1. The Aesietant Director for Special Operations is hereby
authorized to sign and approve personnel actions covering the
transfer of SSU personnel to CIG, to be peid from unvouchered
funds, without review except in cases not falling within the
provisions of CIC Administrative Order No. 24, "Policy on CleLr-
ance of Personnel for Duties with Central Intelligence Group."
2. New appointments of personnel to be employed by CIG
are to be approved in accordance with a procedure now under
consideration.
