Memorandum of Agreement signed by Assistant Director, ORE and
Assistant Director, OPC on 10 April 1950.
Subject: Briefing ORE on OPC Operations.
AOSTRACT NOTATION REFERENCES
To prevent the distortion of CIA intelligence estimates by OPC
covert operations it is agreed Assistant Director ORE will be advised
of such operations. OPC stations will be advised of agreement and will
be required to inform Washington of such operations as may produce dis-
tortions in U.S. intelligence estimates.
Explains handling of information with ORE. The Advisory Staff
Officer, OPC is designated as the OPC liaison officer with AD/ORE and
DAD/ORE.
