SUBJECT : Authority to Act on E.O., FOIA, and
Privacy Act Appeals Involving NFAC
Effective immediately, Richard E. Hineman, Deputy Director, NFAC,
STAT vicel reassigned, will act on all NFAC appeals cases
pursuant to E.O. 12065, FOIA and the Privacy Act.
Mr. Hineman will also serve as the NFAC representative on the
CIA Information Review Committee.
