Interrogatories in GAC v. U.S..

1. The plaintiff, General Aircraft Corporation (GAC),
has served the third set of interrogatories on the govern-
ment. In accordance with the court's ruling, the discovery
period is allowed to start with 8 November 1970. Therefore,
you are requested to search your records of material relating
to Air America, Air Asia and GAC to determine if any files
reflect, refer or relate to the manufacture of helio air-
craft parts.
