Thank you for accepting our iavitatiOn to speak at the
annual conference of the Office of Data Processing. luny
of us, especially those in the ,rputer field, have had the
opportunity to hear you speak at other conferences ath are
looking forward to having you here at CIA. I believe YOU
are in a unique position to give us a Congressional view
of the use of computers in CIA and the intelligence Coamunity.
I have taken the liberty of listing your talk on our agenda
"The Intelligence Co ranity's Use of Computers
Congressional View.
It is scheduled from 100 p.m, to 1:45 p.m. on 9 May ' in our
main auditorium adjacent to our Headquarters Building in
Langley, Virginia.
By way of background, this is our third annual confer-
erne. The audience will include all levels of data processing
personnel, from data transcribers and computer operators
through senior systems; analysts and data processing managers:.
We have also invited managers and puter users from other
CIA offices. I an sure that the audience would appreciate
the opportunity to ask questions,, if you have time. I have
