REFERENCE:
i. Action RPo uested: Your approval of the acquisition
of an Agency seal r presentation to the Interservice
Nuclear Weapons School, Kirtland Air Force Base, -New Mexico.
2. Background: The Interservice Nuclear Weapons
School, Kirt Force Base, New Mexico, has seals
displayed in the lobby from all organizations that par-
ticipate in the Nuclear Weapons Orientation Advanced
course.
This School allocates quotas to the Agency for
student participation in the Resident Nuclear Weapons
Orientation Advanced course at Kirtland. Also, for the past
two years its Mobile Training Team has conducted in-house
runnings of this program at Headquarters. A third in-house
running is scheduled for 26-27 April 1979, which we estimate.
will save the Agency approximately $27,000 in training
costs.
3. Recommendation: It is recommended that an Agency
seal be mad a avaa a "le for presentation to the Chief of the
Mobile Training Team, Interservice Nuclear Weapons School,
while the Team is here next month.
