ANNOUNCEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE
Effective 1 January 1980, the Office of Personnel is
transferred to the Office of the Director as an Independent
Office and is renamed the Office of Personnel Policy, Planning,
and Management. Harry E. Fitzwater is appointed the Inde-
pendent Office Head.
