1. An investigation by this Office has determined
that assigned to your component,
was responsible or an open safe" security violation that
occurred on 8 December 1978. (U)
2. The records of this Office indicate that 25X
has incurred three previous security violations the last o'
which occurred 8 March 1978. Since there has not been a
period of two years without a violation between that date
and the most recent occurrence of 8 December 1978, this is
to be considered second security violation for
administrative action. kU)
3. In accordance with the provisions of Headquarters
1 -1 the minimum penalty for a
second violation is a written reprimand by the responsible
