3. There have been 663 full-files received in Recruitment
Division thus far; however, the CT Staff has received only 471
full-files. The difference of 192 files received in Recruitment
Division but, not in the CT Staff is being tracked to determine
how this step in the processing can be improved.

6. The Office of Security has received 88 CT cases, of
which 61 are currently in process. There have been 14 approvals,
2 disapprovals, and 11 cancellations. Two Pilot Program cases
have been received--l is in process-and 1 has been approved.
The polygraphs being conducted during this reporting period
were scheduled several weeks ago. By the, end of April, we should
see increased use of the pre-polygraph. u
7. There are 91 CT applicants being processed in OMS.
During this reporting period, 7 PSS assessments have been
forwarded to the CT Staff, and 10 additional applicants were
25X1 medically approved. Next week the Psychological Services Staff
(PSS) will be involved in the Program on Creative Management. ^

they test are who they say they are, and an ethical question is
whether they can do this without requiring applicant identifica-
tion (other than test tickets) and without compiling lists of
applicants tested. A broader question of whether or not the
Agency is making appropriate use of their test scores and interpre-

9. The CT Staff has received 471 full-files from the
Recruitment Division and they have rejected 211 of them. The
CT Staff will ensure that the reasons for rejection are passed
along to the Recruitment Division in an attempt to fine-tune
25Xlthe selection process.
10. One matter being explored is the possibility of placing
