A. Non-Expendable Property Received:
Received this month one "Nissan" Uran Mini-Bus with
Standard Body Model VBE235VU, 1567 C.C., 4 Cylinder Engine,
purchased locally. Eng No. J16-246051-J, Chassis No.
VBE23-004762, Doc. No. FBIS-15-81.
B. Items of Engineering Interest:
1. The slow-speed Collins remote monitoring system
was completed with the installation of the remote receiver
(Collins 651S) at Bang Ping and the Control Unit (Delta
RRC-lA) in booth 10 at Shell House. Antennas are connected
to the remote receiver and controlled by the Bramco equipment.
The system will be used for a 6-month trial period before
expansion to other booths is considered.
2. A third TV monitor and front door latch release was
installed to allow the administrative assistant to control the
front door during the absence of the receptionist.
3. Drawings of the floor plan of the receiver site along
with a recommendation for the relocation of the microwave system
were sent to the Regional Engineer for approval. A copy was
also sent to ED/FEB. Also included in the package were drawings
of the reconfiguration of the Hi to Low-Level Patch Panel and
microwave shelves for the wireroom.
