On 27 November 1946, 30,000 to 40,000
in Rathenow (Z15) from the East. The
Rathenow were sent by rail via Dresden
some went to the Polish border area.

2. According to uustrow (T-98) railroad workers, tanks and guns of
the Fifth Shock Army are being shipped via lilagdeburg and
Chemnitz toward Czechoslovakia. T-oiment: Sources 25X1
do not state specifically whether movements are toward or
directly to Czechoslovakia. The- original phrases are "Veber
Dresden nach dem Tschechisch-Slowakischen Raumt" and "tzum

3. On 14-15 November 1946, an armored division, oritinally
scheduled to go to Russia from Furstenwalde (V33) was
transferred to Oranienbaum (E26). The troops received new
unii'or_is and sore new tanks before departure.
4. Ar,iored units from Stendai, Osterburg, Gardelegen, and
Arnl are being replaced by other armored units with newer,
heaver tanks.
