The Salentine Technical Depertmert of the ;mlinistry for Heavy
Construction also called Laigineers Heresu io, 2, BZALIN-
choenhaueen, eeckendoestr. 21, is sloetxbeing dissolved. Diamiseels
hive taken place at practioally every department, but it is intended to
turn over the remaining departments to SAGIs or people-owned factories
or to at least provide jobs for the German key personnel all of 160411 are
above ave e experts and teohnicians, A few days aeo a Russian from
the Krupp run plant in WAGDEBM1G? interviewed various teohniciens for
postbie employment. Krupp-,3ramon is part of the Soviet AG "Ali0".
2. The urganiaation and departaents of the Sureau were installed
at Howie 4, House 6, House 8 and Haase 10. Chief since June 1948 of the
entire Bureau is Auesiaa eneineer Officer KON5HOTAI or KAJACHOUKI0
about 48 years et' age, 1.75 eaters tall, bald, ,siropean features, speaks
bad German, KONMOVSKI used to be a member of the Steam Turbine Station
at CHARKOV.
3. ilussian chief of House 4 is Hipl, 'nee aoraow about 28 years
old, 1.85 meters tall. He is in Charge of the Aollowing departments:

This deportment employee 25 workers.
d. Diesel motor construction, This department anploys 10 merkers.
Russian chief is Tag. Capt. 3GRAZ3AN (phonetic).
e. Testing and final checking department for electrical
lastallatione mainly electric motors of i to 'j kw which are delivered by the
SACHSENWERKE in NIEDERSEDLITe. After the motors have been tested and.
approved RAGAILA tri.de marks are affixed to them and they are packed,
crated and shipped. Approximately 15 large crates monthly are ready for
ehipment.
4. 'At Rouse 6, the iiuseian administration is installed with the

if MO. TSCHIOURDA (phonetic). Apart from that, House 6 contains the
following departments:
a. Steam turbine emnatme tion for ship turbines and etatiorery
installations. This department is mainly concerned with the design of
turbines for testing installations. Some of this construction work is
being done at House 8. Germen chief of this department is Ins. Georg
EDS.% RESLIN-Pankow Retsbacher 'Mpg 63 (Russian Sector). Mi.& used to ')e
engineer in the mathematical calculation department of tle AZG Turbine
Factory. During the last 10 yeers at AEG, he was a personal assistant to
Prof. KRAFT., MIL * party maaber, he is now a Russian sympathiser.
b, Steam boiler construction, especially ship boilers for hie
pressure. The department also conducts experiments with thee toilers
end has a test station in the baeement of the House.- German chief of tnis
department is Ob. Ing. MUSA) who comes from northern Germany and
formerly was employed by the German Navy.
0. Testing and checking depertment headed by the Aloaian
1.40. PETRIKON and iwuca. The testing and checking comma tools and
equipment which are either constructed in the workshops of the Bureau
have been ordered from other factories.
5. Heusi 8 is under the direction of Uuseian Chief MUSH or GOJIEV
and comprises the following departments;
a.'Caleulation of gas turbines. German chief Otto HOSEbil,otats
BEALIN-Spandoe, Wustermarkerstr, 25. Me is chief engineer for all
tees mennectedesith gas turbine construction. He used to be department ,
ef of the cakulation office for steam and gee turbines at tte AEG Taelline
