Ragyanszky, General Secretary, as preserted by Janos Csizok, Central party Secretary. The scattered, local character cf i-ungarian pre-flight training was discontinued and, following the examcle of the similar Russian associat,.Maz, DOSAV, centralized and local party supervision was created. Training Course for Airforce 7 ' o - c 1 Officers At the end of September, a new tr!i _ning course for airforce political officers was begun on the airfield near a;zentes. The head of the treinz'Lnc1 course is Sandor Vajna (a 2P-ye2ri-o-d former chemical industry worker, who completed the OPR ; instructor course at bekescsaba at the beginning of the year). The course was originally- "t_anned for six months, but it is rumored that it will last 3 months oniv. . The students were recommenced by regional OHRE organizations. The committee also inspected the work in progress on the Sosto and Horgond airfields. Coin p _etion of this work, which consists mainly of the reconstruction of barracks, is expected by the end of beptteriber. The results of the inspection are not krowri as yet. At present (beginriicg of October) there are few planes and litt ?.e Personnel on the bosto a.irfielo. Colonel May is temporary commandant. ONRB Parachute Training Source has learned of the existence of only iL parachute clubs, as comnared with the 'O clubs originally panned. There are, five at Budapest and one each at Szeged, Bekescsaba, ':zj nok, Szekesfeherva.r, tzd, Papa, ,la,jdi;boszormeny, Gyor, and i iskolc. The plans issued_ last August arovi(Je for three phases of training: I. Calisthenics and jump practice. 2. Free jumps and tower jumps )arachutes. Jumps from planes. Practice is conducted three aft( rnooons per week, including Saturday=s and Sundays. As an incentive, bonus&^s are paid after completion of phase 2, according to the number of jumps fron planes.
