the so-called Ruegendenim, Rail traffic via Sassnitz to Sweden, which
is maintained by a railroad ferry, is directed via Stralsund. Barth
now is the terminal of the Velgast-Prerow line, since the
Barth-Zin st Prerow railroad line has been dismantled. Daniarten-Nord
is on the Stralsund Rostock railroad line. Puetnitz air- 25X1
field, which was renamed Boddenwerft, is supplied from Damgarten, Vel-
gast is on the Stralmind -Damgarten-Rostock railroad line,
the nor ernnios? eas -west route, Grimmen is on the
Berlin Neustrelitz-Stralsund railroad line, an important north-south route.
