This document consists of five pages, the first three of which are 25X1A
identical. They are copies of a repor y e Ministry of Heavy Industry on the ful-
fillment of the September 1951 Budget Plano Figures are given, in Deutsche marks,
for planned receipts and expenditures for all of 1951 and for the period January
September 1951; for actual receipts and expenditures for January - 5eptimber 1951;
and for percentage fulfillments. The following totals are given: Receipts - planned
for all of 1951 ] 299,662,800, actual for January - September EU 205,322,600, ful-
fillment 68,5 percent; planned for January - September Ted 224,747,100, fulfillment
91.4 percent. Expenditures - planned for all of 1951 IN 1,635,120,000, actual for
January - September & 996,600,500, fulfillment 61.0 percent; planned for January -
September ICI 1,226,340,000, fulfillment 81.3 percent. Below there is a breakdown for
receipts and expenditures with designations mostly in code numbers, some of which
are explained in the last page of the document.
The fourth page is a continuation of the same report, dated 6 October 1951.
The fifth page gives 1951 plan ?~ figures for receipts and expenditures for
the various branches of the people-owned industry (coal, power, metallurgy, chuaicals,
stones and earths, and building materials), as published by the Ministry of Finance
on 23 August 1951.
