1. Locations Tiie plant (30042'Z/50?25'N) is in the fork
formed by tiie railroad lines leading; to .KEIA&WV and KUP.SKG
2, Installations: The plant covers a site of about 3,600 x
29500--feet. Only one worksiop existed in October 19459
The expansion of the plant started in that year and.was
completed in the Fall of 1948. The workshops are brick
structures, the lard or oz s brick and steel buildings.
The y;aadia i on was join `i t the some time as the expansion
work. The plant has railroad connection with the DARNITSA
railroad station. Power is supplied from KI V, the plant
itself beint; equipped only with an emerency generator.

3. 1-I'ork force: About 120 male workers in addition to 30 women
and 300 Psis wvorkin in one shift. Three shifts worked in
the lathe department and the foundry.
4. Prodaction: General overhulin-; of motor vehicles, repair
of tractors and road rollers; manuf-:octure of conveyor
belts and of sewae pipes with elbows and fork shaped pieces
10 inches in diameter.
