25X1 1. Since 21 Dec rber 1951 the petroleum from the ARV depot in Zielsdorf has been
25X11oaded by day-and-night shifts into tank trucks and transported to the CRS.

25X1 2. Four or five days previous the thick oil was warmed by means of an iron, spiral
pipe led from a locomotive and thus made liquid. At present a single pumping station emp es
four tanks at a time.
3, There is a strong guard of nine company police cor;imanded by Joseph l4eixner, a
discharged police official, born 15 February 1915. He served in nearby Ravelsbach and
was discharged from the police service for derilection of duty.

On the land of the Ziegelei Biel. north east of the Ziesdorf station the Russians
have constructed a new? double-basin oil storage pit with a capacity of about 30,000 Cu. in%
nearest the tracks is 25 cm and that of the second 2 meters above the level of the rails..
The front pit is filled by gravity through a metal-lined wooden sluice and the other by
means of a steam pump. The wooden sluice runs over two iron pipes about 200 rrM in diameter.
The steam line for the pump is about 80 mm in diameter and is often connected to a locomotive.

way around the pits. Shovels and hand fire extinguishers have been provided wire protection,,
