This 4-pag ocument contains the following:
1. A one-page interoffice memorandum from the Planning Control Section of the Ministry
of Heavy Industry's Central Department for Planning Coordination and Materials Supply to
the director of the Main Administration for Metallurgy, Dr Kraemer, transmitting a copy
of delivery and payment terms for government orders originating from the Minister Presidentlc~
Office of Economic Affairs.
2. Three pages of the delivery and payment terms, marked Vertraulich (Confidential),
furnish detailed instructions on the manner in which government orders are to be
handled, with regard to delivery date, specifications, acceptance of goods, guarantee,
material supplies, penalties for late delivery, cancellation, shipping instructions,
prices, payment, etc.
Government orders are to be referred to by their numbers only. The name of the
purchaser must not be revealed,
