Subject material is an illustrated catalogue of electric motors produced
by the Elektromaschinenbau Sachsenwerk, Iyiedersedlitz, Saxonia (SAG Label). The
catalogue covers three-phase alternating-current motors of standard design for
voltages up to 500 volt, 50 cycles, and direct-current crane motors for 220
volt. The former include squirrel-cage rotor type motors and slip-ring rotdr
type motors, both those for continuous and for intermittent operation. Tecl.-
nical specifications sufficient to allow consumer to make -proper choice of
motors are given with each type.
