Seven two-motor aircraft, probably type IL 2 or IL 12 were ween at east field. At east field buildings still show unrepaired war damage. Traffic control is housed in one- story building on south side of field. Only building at west field is one hangar, large enough for 8 to 10 two-motor planes. General aspect oe both fields is one of disrepair and under- maintainence. A battery of six search lights, 150 centimeters in diameter, observed at east field.; No boundry lighting observed. On north rim of the barracks wa s t y e run Parndorf. no concre . area there are two sending towers, 15 meters high, 25 meters apart, connected with an aerial.. The ters high and 1 meter long.
