The document consists of four pages 2X1 X
d) containing a heterogeneous mixture of railroad information.
The first page contains seven typewri-',ten copies of teletymes. The teletypes
cover suc:.1 items as regnests for forms for material planning to Hermit completion
of material plans by 14 July 1952; notification that on 2 July 1952 50 persons are to
be transported from Burg to Rubeland& The teletype, sent by the Volkspolizei requests
joint quarters for these ;ersons; teletype addressed to the presidents of the RBD's
Magdeburg, Greifswald, Erfurt and Dresden, ordering the personnel directors !'olche,
Buettner, Czanecki and Friedrich and specialist T3ornberg for special duty during
the period 26 June to 21 July 1952. Another teletype informs the administrative
office of the MGS - MPS (Soviet bloc. freight and passenger transportation agreement)
in Warsaw that during the period between 1 September and 30 November the turn-
around. time of cars on the Reichsbahn lines ranged from 3 to 19 days. All offices are
continually advised to speed return of cars to their home stations.
The second page contains a memorandum received by the Railroad Station Berlin -
Lichtenberg on 7 July 1952 and. addressed to all offices of the Reichsbahn Division I.
The memo states that railroad Rn%ds have been allocated group B ration cai4sby the
Ministry-of Trade and Supply. In Berlin the railroad guards will receive group I
ration cards to comply with that order.
Page three contains tempora* regul_ationsfor recording the increased wages of
quajified workers and the proper bookk'.:eeping ?r.ocedure for same.
The last page is a mimeographed copy of an appeal addressed to the personnel
of '13D Berlin to participate in-a competition to conserve coal. The appeal gives
details regarding the priz-s to be awarded in this co'apetition,
