Soviet Register of Ships, and Reparations Divisions .Altogether there are
four distinct types of reports'
1. A report which contains information concerning material and equip.,
ment shortages, work progress etc, on the ships Mozhayskiy, Kaliningrad,
Iensovet, and Kooperatsiya. The first five pages of this report are missing
in the document,
2. Reports concerning five Soviet ships, the Lensovet, Kooperatiip,
Kaliningrad, Mozhayskiy, and Primorlye. The reports speak of the type of
repairs being made, the amount of progress achieved, and of shortages
which are holding up repair work,
3. Minutes of meetings, attended by representatives of the Mathias
Thesen shipyard (e people..owned enterprise), of the Association of People.
Owned Enterprises in Sea Going Ship Building, of various ship-component
industries and other organizations. The meetings dealt with detailed progress
reports concerning the ships Mozhayakiy, Lensovet, and Kooperatiiya. Details
include schedules, suppliers, progress achieved, and shortages,
4. A brief supplementary report of estimates of work and material
costs for the diesel ship Pobeda, Order dates and costs of work and material
are given,

sections. However, only six sections, covering 36 pages, of the report are attached to the
Waver sheet. These six sections cover the following subject matter: 1) general specifica-
tions; 2) general test methods and regulations concerning test specimens; 3) specifications
for testing steel for shipbuilding; 4) specifications for testing steel for the construction
of boilers; 5) specifications for testing finished rivets and steel for the production of
rivets; and 6) specifications for testing lac steel forgings.
